Thats ok .............the fronts are 225 / 40 / 18 and the rears 255 / 35 / 18
 
     Required offsets to achieve these are +65 to +68 mm front

The fronts are ET58 and the rears ET47 offset so spacers will be required to get the offsets.

Yes the ride quality will be worse, but if you want 18" rims then it looks possible.
 
I guess there must be a few cars fitted with them any feedback anyone?
