Hmm
I seem to be losing a little coolant.
Had the coolant level low warning on the digi dash ('91 S4 Auto) during 
a 500 mile round trip last week. It only needed 1/2 litre or so to bring 
it up to the mark on the expansion tank, and I had noticed it was just 
below the mark for ages, so I thought no more as I have not put a drop 
of oil or coolant in since I bought the car last Sept.
Checked the level yesterday and it is slightly down from where I topped 
it up to (1/4 litre ish) so I think it is going somewhere.
No water in the oil, and the performance does not suggest head gasket. 
Coolant is clean
No obvious leaks from the hoses or Rad or anything visible under the 
bonnet
Dunno if the '91 model has integral auto box cooler in with the main rad 
or not.
The short hose to the heater, under the airbox, was replaced before I 
got the car.
I did enjoy a blast at full throttle for a few mins, and everything was 
just fine
Any ideas? I may be panicking over nothing, but....
