[928uk] 928 Magaziine article

Dear all,
      I have just had the August edition of Used Car Buyer sent to me from the publishers, having had my 91 S4 featured in an article about the 928 v XJS v 850i v 560SEC. Mag was relaunched a couple of months back and I reckon it's pretty good.

Most of it seems OK - checkout the "owners view" - my pseudonym is now Peter Bevan and I have acquired a second child now !!!!

A couple of little things are, in my opinion, not accurate but then when does any journalist get everything right. The writer suggests that S4s are available for 5-7k - bit optimistic for a decent one,    ( 5-10k in the column later in the feature ).   He also writes that 20% were manuals - more like 10% I thought.

I am quite pleased with the pictures though and I can just be made out driving the car in some of them.

I mentioned Dr A and it would appear he has been quoted by the jouno as a result.

Verdict seems favourable - if, like me, the 928 is more of a weekend, take it for a thrash, plaything.
