		I'm not upset at no response, just got bored of trying. I'm
well prepared to believe it was another one of those crazy email disasters,
and would consider the responses I've had to my post to be an indication to
give it another try.

		Have written three emails to 928 International about
purchasing suspension for S2 and never received a single reply.

		Wrote an email to Oliver at Jacquemond at 4:30 in the
morning about styling options, and got a very friendly, informative reply
within five minutes.

		I know which level of customer service instils  the most
confidence in me.
