Hi Mike,
For the early cars, I think Smiffy's contribution sums the situation up
nicely. Yes, the wire sizes in the primary battery system of the 928 are
well sized for the job, but that doesn't mean there is no risk.
Anyway, perhaps you could sell large chunks of your good luck fairy to other
less fortunate 928 owners, especially those from 1987
onwards..................
