[928uk] Air con

Nic,

The timing on these things is always impeccable. Mine stopped last week when it was approx 27deg with my wife in the car on the m4/m25 for 3 hours.

Could be many things but most likely needs re-gassing. Once the pressure drops below a certain point the unit just stops (this is a safety feature). If you no longer get those fan/aircon noises after switching the engine off then your compressor is no longer running, most likely due to lack of gas. Whatever the problem I'm sure PaulA will sort it out for suitable money.

 A basic air-con question :

.............been working fine for a year now.........always have it in use
even in winter to keep all the parts moving..........had a gas fill up and
health check a year ago and car is due at paul andersons next weekend for a
general yearly service........

...........it worked on Saturday............it doesn¹t today when it 33 deg.
!!! today

What are the first checks or is it get a expert in? If so does anyone know
someone around Bedford?

Thanks
