[928uk] 928 cylinder block recoating with nicasil

Paul,
       The 928 block is not nicasil coated. Depending on how good the
welding is I can not see why the offending bores can not be rebored in the
normal fashion.
    Quite a percentage of GTS blocks have been fitted with cast liners by
Porsche as well. Since then of course technology has moved on and there are
better ways.
    I have sent you a file on Alusil refurbishing that will explain better
than I could.
