[928uk] Alloy cleaner

There is a product called 'ALLTRANS' available from engineers merchants.
Use this if the grime is deeply embedded, it's more aggressive than 
AUTOGLYM Ally Wheel cleaner which I use on my fairly new Cup 1 allys to 
great effect. If the wheels aren't too bad this will remove brake dust 
with no problems
