[928uk] 87 Radiator fans not working

Thanks for all the help on this one - pulled off the fans / shroud complete this weekend and went straight from live terminal and earth to each fan - No. 2 was not working although the unit jumped a little.

Took the fan unit off the shroud and it was full of dust so sympathetically tapped it a lot (!) and then washed the innards with electrical contact cleaner followed by some WD40 - result - lots of dust came out and the motor now appears to run very well - cycles in and out smoothly and without hesitation!

I also fitted a new MAF (courtesy of JDS) and then took the car a run - no hesitation and flat spotting now - should have done it 10K ago! 

Courtesy of a brick eating pigeon which committed suicide through one of my headlights I have not been using the car for the last couple of days - I've had to nick my wife's car - hopefully a new unit from Paul Anderson will arrive tomorrow and then I'm back mobile again.
