A 2mm ally undertray makes more sense - I have no front engine undertay
right now, but the rear one (under cats) is 16 or 18 gauge and about as
much good as a fart in a colander.
I have access to laser cutting, fabrication and ally welding facilities
so if anyone has a reasonable pattern I am happy to get a load made in a
useful thickness, which should cost a fraction of the OPC price - I
guess about 30-40quid.
