[928uk] Timing issue - 83 "S"

Are you sure the spark plug leads are correctly connected to the dizzy? When
I rebuilt my V8 Stag engine I had a problem with the timing mark being out
of adjustment range so I moved the spark plugs around the dizzy by one place
and got my adjustment spot on. If the inverse were true for you this could
be why.
