Has anyone bought a copy of this book.

I got an advert for it through the post recently.

It is advertised as being written by a former traffic cop and is
supposed to contain lots of useful info regarding how to avoid and/or
get off being done for speeding and other traffic offences.

Just wondering if it's worth the £20 price tag.
