Its only one drive home but it was a long one so I can give a quick 
update :-)

I picked up my car after its 2 week layover in Stroud today.

Fixing the Dash, Big service, Fixing the AC, Engine Mounts, Belts (all) 
Water pump, Clutch were the main points.

I cant find word to describe the drive home. Perfect. My car felt like 
a new 928. Smooth pulling through all the gears. Just perfect.

Dash works - all of it - even the temp gauge and volts - they have 
never ever worked before.
Memory seats work. AC is freezing cold. Geometry is perfect. Engine 
feels new. Free revving. No flat spots. New clutch is a joy.
Fantastic.

I'll have to drive into London to give a fuller report after a morning 
in the traffic.

But at least my daily driver is back to life!!

PS I like the tasteful sticker as well! Now all I need to do is get the 
wheels clean for Beaulieu
