If you can't locate a genuine one or it's a bit to pricey, then the majority of radiator reconditioning canters should also sell oil coolers of various sizes. My replacement oil cooler was £45, bargain.

Subject: [928uk] Leaking radiator - last part in the saga, I hope!

Hi all

Many thanks for the advice received previously, but now I have another problem. I have now got my oil filter and gasket for the gear box and drained all of the fluids out of the system as there was some water in the oil. In trying to remove the small oil cooler which is mounted in front of the radiator, both hose pipes connections sheered off.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a replacement oil cooler and its two associated hoses? I think the reason it sheered off is because the two ends of the little radiator are cast aluminium.

Regards - Ron Smith of Ashtead 1985 S2 getting desperate as I want to join you all at Beaulieu.
