[928uk] advice please

I agree with Smiffy - every single car I saw at a private dealer was a 
dog, and they told bullshit. Also th rust bubbles you talked of were 
actually paint lifting from aluminium.
Sounds like it has had a new windscreen, which may not be ominous.
I would leave well alone.
