I bought mine mail order from the US.  www.davidhonl.com a month or two 
ago.  It's lovely, came with all the bits.  Now on at Sale price $219.  
Shipping was extra, plus tax at point of entry to the UK (I had to 
write the parcelforce man a cheque for about £24 if i remember).
They do black, navyblue, brwon and bergundy.

The pound is strong against the dollar, and it was here inside a week.

Couldn't have been happier.
