So, the camera people are not policemen and presumably do not have the
power to arrest. So if you happened to park in the lay-by right behind
them, obscuring the camera, or go and give them a piece of your mind,
they could do nothing about it? Better still, take a digi pic of them
and post it on the web for everyone to see.
