From the states a update on my 928 trials.
Received from shop with four wheel alignment, relevel, two font tires, water pump and belt.
Runs great, although there was a 100mph + vibration and have not addressed yet.
Learned that if the rear wheels are not balanced it can result in vibration. Another thing I was told that road force test should be done. Compensating for wheel or tire out out of round. The last item I learned was that if the wheel lock weighs more than the other lug nuts it can to result in a vibration at high speed. We shall see.
I had a warning light coming on for the temperature gage and when I took it in they told me the pump was history. The light coming on was a result of the wires rubbing the pulley.
Strange coincidence, I would not have know the pump was bad if not for the light. There was no apparent problem visually or audibly. The last pump I had go bad was on a 66 289 mustang and you sure knew when it went bad. The 928 is a silent killer.
My latest problem is with pass. seat switch, front switch is good in all four directions. The back switch is only good for the reclined position. I felt it be the switch since the motor was working to recline and should be the same one for the reverse direction, ruling out the motor. The motors were supposedly rebuilt by previous owner.
Any suggestions out there.
This sight has been priceless, thanks for all the help.

PS has anyone heard of completley leather stiched interior? I saw in a 88 sale brouchure a car with everything including the dash and console leather wraped. Super sharp, must have been expensive option.
