[928uk] S4 Conversion

Hi there,
 I'm converting a 1980 Euro 928S to S4 spec and have the S4 brake callipers 
and disks but I understand I will need some mounting brackets. Can anyone tell 
me where to get these from and roughly how much are they? 
 Also, does anyone know where to get clear front indicator lenses for S4's?
