[928uk] Buying a 928?

I am considering buying a 928 in a few months time and have seen your site which is very good and was wondering whether you can give me some more advice on buying this model and if you may be aware of any 928's that may be coming for sale within the next few months. ( I am based in the Greater Manchester/Cheshire area)
Also, can you help with regards to a road report and the running costs, together with the best options to insure it. Does the 928 yet come into the "classic insurance" category. Also, am I right in saying if I buy a 1978/79 model whether it would be "tax exempt" (over 25 years)?
Any more tips & advice would be appreciated.
