Hi all,

Happy new year from France.

Regarding the new automatic cameras in France, they are listed here:
http://www.radarsfixes.com/
You can search the cameras by "Département" or by "road" (or motorway 
)number, or by using a map of whole France ("Carte de France") or around 
Paris ("Région parisienne").
For a selected radar you have the following information (example: search 
on the N12 road)
- "Sens": In which way it works (Only in one ways or the two). This 
works in both ways.
- Where it's located (Position in km on a motorway or town elsewhere). 
This one is in Bédée.
- "Vitesse": The limitation to respect. I advise you really not to 
exceed this! You would be catched at 111 km/h with this one...if the 
weather is fine. Otherwise, you don't have to exceed 100 km/h.
- "Disposition": If it's in the middle of the two ways or on the side 
one the road. This one is in the middle of the two ways.
- "Flash": "Avant" if it takes the picture of the front or "Arrière" if 
it takes pictures of the back. Even the motorbikes are caught now...
They are indication of a camera maybe 500 m before it but you can miss 
it if there's traffic.

Don't forget, this are the new automatic cameras. The old ones with a 
Gendarme on the back are still used and you don't know where they are...

PS: By the way, the bloke in the BMW was caught at 243 km/h instead of 
of 130 km/h...
