[928uk] Starter Motor

Quick question....
 
I've just removed my starter motor, as it was clicking and not starting.
 
Looking at it, I think it's because of some very corroded terminals.
 
Anyway, 2 things.
 
1) while I was taking it off, I didn;t manage to see where the black earthing lead connected - because of the limited light under there while removing it, it looked like it had come from the same terminal. Anyone tell me where it goes?
 
2) Any way of greasing up/cleaning the starter while its off?
