Yup, I think you are right - on the basis that I can't find them 
anywhere else.
It's Model 91, sheet 11  - Alarm, central locking and inside lights.

Is there any way of identifying the position of the 'Wiring Point'?

This is obviously a connector (T3), but is the 'broken' part indicating 
that it is part of a much bigger connector?
What does WL167 mean? - I think it indicates a transition through a body 
panel, ie into a door etc. WL appears a lot.
