Got similar problems - the main roof light now works, but the footwell 
lights don't. Have you played with the lamp positions, there are 3 pos, 
- on permanently, off and on with door open.
I have the wiring diagrams if you don't and I can email the relevant 
pages if you need them.

I'm looking at the wiring diagram right now, and there are some markings 
I am not familiar with. If anyone knows the nomenclature system well 
please let me know and I will send little jpegs of the stuff I don't 
understand.
