I bought a Crompton battery for 45 quid from merityre with a 3 year guarantee.
Ive had one in my RS2 for 2 years and its great.

Even if I buy a new one every year its cheaper than the OEM Porsche one and nobody can see it anyway.

PS My recent 87 point check said 'note non original battery' but didnt say.. 'New battery' 
I wonder if it would have said 'Flat Porsche original battery' if I had left the old one in
