[928uk] "Lights on" indicator

Connect a 12V buzzer between a switchable live (ignition switched live) and
your head lights live. Put the positive side of the buzzer to the lights
live.
On most cars, when the switchable live is switched off, this then becomes
Ground (-ve). Therefore, when your ignition is turned off and you lights are
on, the buzzers should sound.
