Owned for last 13 or so years but head gasket blown on one side and can't afford to fix her. Must go as is -no room or desire on my part to break her. 185,000 on clock; about half of those done by me relatively trouble free.

MOT till 2009. Body due for respray-usual corrosion on wheel arches and other favourite positions- nothing too serious. Running gear OK, brakes OK. Engine will start but only for 5 minutes or so. Brand new battery (£100). Tyres legal (just). A/c and cruise control not working. Taxed till end of July. The number plate has been put on retention as I thought I might reincarnate POO on another 928 sometime in the future. Looking for about £1200 for car as is. (will be on c plate probably as original number as etched on glass) If I did sell POO 928 number plate -about £800. which is less than it cost 13 years ago. Adrian competed at the A1GP support races last weekend - 2nd in class in both races, but unable to match the 993RSR at the moment (he won by 40seconds in the same class in race 2.

In the 1st race Adrian spun on lap 3 at Druids, but recovered to finish.

In the 2nd race, the safety car came out 3 times and 10 cars didn't finish the race due to crashes and oil on the circuit, so it was a war of attrition!
