928.org.uk will be attending Cars in the Park again this year on Sunday 6th July 2008. This will be our 4th anniversary at the show and we're hoping for a return of glorious sunshine this year..
Those of you that have attended before know that this is a classic vehicle show that attracts hundreds of exhibitors from all over the country and thousands of spectators. Its a good laugh in an informal setting so come along and put faces to the names off the 928 list.
The cost to join us and show your car is just £3.00 so download the -
Cars in the Park 2008 Application Form, fill in your details and enter "928.org.uk" in the club section.
I will again put up a couple of bottles of wine as a prize for the "Favourite 928 on the day" which will be awarded following a simple vote by all attendees. I will also put up a bottle of champagne for the furthest travelled car on the day.
Please note that to be in with a chance of winning the Champagne you must send your completed application to me - not direct to Rotary. This is to enable me to calculate mileages on AA Routeplanner before the event. It also helps me keep a check on numbers to plan our pitch with the organisers.
